Respiratory system - Human Body

The human body is everything that makes us who we are.

On the outside, human anatomy consists of five parts the head, neck, torso, arms, and legs.

However, when we look under the Skin; countless biological and chemical interactions keep the human body working like a machine.

Therefore, Our bodies consist of several biological systems that carry out specific functions necessary for everyday living.

For example., Here I have mentioned a few of the various systems in our body. Like the digestive system, endocrine system, circulatory system, etc. Each of them has a predefined work to do in our body.

In other words, the work of the circulatory system is to move blood, nutrients, oxygen, carbon dioxide, and hormones around the body.

Hence, it consists of the heart, blood, blood vessels, arteries, and veins to carry out this work.

There are a few vital organs in our system -

The Brain

Lung (Respiratory system),

Heart,

Liver,

and Kidney.

One among the vital organ is the Respiratory system which allows us to take in oxygen to the tissues and expel carbon dioxide; gas exchange. This process is called Respiration (breathing); and this system consists mainly of the trachea (windpipe), the lungs, and the diaphragm.
